Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026. We take your privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

1. What We Collect

When you fill out our contact form or reach out by email, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us about your project. That is it.

We do not use tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third party analytics tools. We do not buy or scrape contact lists. We do not collect data behind your back.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your contact details for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. If you decide to work with us, we may use your email to send project updates, invoices, and deliverables.

We will never sell your data. We will never share it with marketers. We will never spam you with newsletters you did not sign up for.

3. How Long We Keep It

If we do not end up working together, we delete your contact information within 12 months. If we do work together, we keep project related emails and files for as long as needed to fulfill our contract and meet legal requirements (typically 3 years for tax purposes).

4. Security

Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Our contact form is processed through Formspree, which maintains industry standard security certifications. We store project files in secure, access controlled cloud storage.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, or request deletion at any time. Just send an email to contact@webmesolutions.com and we will handle it within 30 days. No hoops to jump through.

6. Third Party Services

We use Formspree to handle contact form submissions and GitHub Pages to host this website. Both services have their own privacy policies. We have reviewed their practices and are satisfied they meet reasonable privacy standards.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Major changes will be noted here in plain English. We will not bury important updates in legal jargon.
