StellarPay — Reducing Checkout Abandonment from 68% to 31%

The Problem

StellarPay's payment platform had a 68% checkout abandonment rate—nearly double the industry average of 41%. User recordings showed drop-offs at form validation, unexpected fees, and a confusing multi-step flow. Mobile abandonment was even worse at 74%.

The Solution

Consolidated the checkout from 7 steps to 3. Implemented inline validation with clear error messaging. Added a progress indicator and fee transparency at step one. Rebuilt the mobile experience with thumb-zone targeting and Apple Pay/Google Pay integration. Reduced form fields from 14 to 6 using smart defaults.

Atlas Health — Telehealth Platform Load Time From 6.2s to 1.1s

The Problem

Atlas Health's patient portal averaged 6.2 seconds to interactive on 4G connections. 53% of mobile visitors bounced before the appointment form loaded. The previous site was built on a bloated WordPress theme with 47 plugins and unoptimized images.

The Solution

Complete frontend rebuild using Next.js with static generation for marketing pages and server components for the patient portal. Implemented code splitting, image optimization with next/image, and edge caching via Cloudflare. Reduced plugin count from 47 to 8 essential ones. Migrated media to a CDN with automatic WebP conversion.

Brick & Mortar Co. — 2.3x Mobile Conversion Lift

The Problem

A specialty home goods retailer with strong in-store traffic (3 locations) but mobile e-commerce converting at 0.8%—less than one-third of desktop. The mobile site had pinch-zoom product images, a checkout that required account creation, and no local inventory visibility.

The Solution

Mobile-first redesign with thumb-zone navigation and sticky "Add to Cart." Guest checkout option reduced friction. Integrated local inventory API so customers could see store availability. Implemented LocalBusiness schema and Google Business Profile optimization. Product page redesign with image carousel, size guide modal, and social proof notifications.

NexGen EdTech — Course Completion Rate From 23% to 61%

The Problem

An online learning platform with strong enrollment (12,000+ monthly signups) but a 23% course completion rate. User research revealed confusing navigation between modules, no progress persistence across devices, and a cluttered dashboard that overwhelmed new learners.

The Solution

Simplified the learning dashboard to show only the next actionable item. Implemented cross-device progress sync via Redis. Added micro-commitments (daily goals, streak counters) and removed secondary navigation during active lessons. Redesigned the video player with speed controls, transcript access, and note-taking.

GreenLeaf Logistics — 47% More Qualified Leads in 90 Days

The Problem

A regional logistics company getting 200+ monthly form submissions but only 12% qualified. The website targeted everyone ("we ship anything") instead of their profitable niche (temperature-controlled pharmaceutical transport). Generic messaging attracted price shoppers, not decision-makers.

The Solution

Narrowed positioning to pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics. Rewrote all copy for compliance officers and supply chain managers (not generic "shippers"). Added industry-specific trust signals: GDP compliance badge, temperature monitoring screenshots, case studies from named pharma clients. Implemented multi-step qualification form that filters by shipping volume and temperature requirements.

BrewCraft Austin — From Page 4 to Google Map Pack in 10 Weeks

The Problem

A craft brewery and homebrew supply shop ranked on page 4 for "homebrew supplies Austin"—basically invisible. Their previous website was a Wix template with no schema markup, inconsistent NAP (Name/Address/Phone) across directories, and 12 broken Google Business Profile categories.

The Solution

Built a fast, mobile-first site with LocalBusiness schema, embedded Google Map, and click-to-call. Audited and corrected NAP across 28 directories. Optimized GBP categories, added product posts, and implemented review request workflow. Created neighborhood-specific landing pages ("homebrew supplies South Austin," "brewing equipment East Austin").
